Hat people are a very interesting breed. We should know. We're hat people. You, like us, probably have a closet full of hats. Some are in your daily rotation and some are just collecting dust. You know exactly which hats work and which ones don't. Our goal is to deliver hats that live on your head or in your rotation of colors.

Serious About Embroidery

At Larix Gear, we are serious about embroidery. Every Every LARIX hat is embroidered right here at our shop in Columbia Falls, Montana by us. We do all of the digitizing for our custom designs in-house to maintain complete control over the embroidery.

Brushed and Cleaned

Not only are we committed to beautiful custom artwork, clean stitching, crisp hats, and a comfortable ride, but we also painstakingly remove every visor sticker and, more importantly, the glue left behind. Have you ever removed that sticker and experienced a permanent nasty dirt ring after wearing your new hat for a few days? After removing the visor sticker as well as the glue, we brush each hat and use forced air to remove any thread or contaminants that have hitched a ride during the manufacturing process.

Crush Safe Box

After a thorough cleaning, we wrap your Larix hat in tissue paper before placing it in our custom box to keep it clean and safe during its long journey to you. You will immediately understand the level of care and craftsmanship put into your LARIX hat upon receiving and opening your box. LARIX hats are treated like royalty in our shop!
